Passion fruit & Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 3 passion fruits/20g raspberry/400ml almond milk/ice/chia

If you ever wondered how to start your Saturday morning with a delicious treat we have the answer for you. Try this recipe to boost you morning with crispy flavour, sweetness and plant protein energy!

We always loved the taste of passion fruit but we never actually tried the “real” fruit. We discovered it in our local market close to our flat. It was so GOOD than we decide to share a small recipe !! 🙂

2 pers:

  • 3 passion fruits
  • 20gr raspberry
  • 4ooml almond milk
  • 6 ice cube
  • chia (decoration)

The good thing with smoothies is that you can adjust the amount of ingredients to suit yourself. It will ALWAYS taste good, so don’t worry if you want to put less raspberries or more almond milk, it’s still delicious!

Put everything in your blender and mix it !  Easy no ? 🙂

Si no sabes como empezar el sábado, te podemos ayudar! 

Siempre nos ha gustado el sabor del maracuyá, pero nunca habíamos probado la fruta en sí. Hace poco la compramos y NOS ENCANTÓ!! No nos podíamos creer que esta cosa tan pequeña podía tener tanto sabor!!! Está tan buena que hemos decidido hacer un smoothie con ella 🙂

Os ponemos la receta aquí, esperamos que os guste: 

2 personas:

  • 3 maracuyás
  • 20gr de frambuesas
  • 400ml de leche de almendra
  • 6 cubitos de hielo
  • Un poco de semillas de chía (de decoración)

Tienes que saber que con los smoothies puedes cambiar los porciones tanto como te apetezca, y siempre quedaran buenos!  

Ponlo todo dentro de la batidora o thermomix; mézclalo a una velocidad alta.

Mmmmm… DELICIOSO! 🙂
