Chia seed cookie


Ingredients: 2 chia eggs/ 50gr butter/80gr agave syrup/180g flour/1/2 teasp baking powder/ 1/2 teasp bicarbonate/ 1 teasp vanilla extract/ 100g chuck black chocolate/ 1 egg / sal

Chia seed cookies …. hmm … these things are truly unbelievable treats. My personal favorite from the healthier bunch. I really like how balanced these things taste (not too sweet as there is no added sugar apart from the chocolate) and they have a super nice texture too. The chia seeds absorbe the moisture and they keep moist throughout the cooking process. The result is a crunchy looking but surprisingly soft piece of heaven with deliciously melted chocolate chunks. It can be prepared within 10 minutes which makes its Deliciousness/Effort ratio almost unbeatable. Give it a go!

6 cookies:

  • 2 chia eggs ( you have to put 2 table spoon of chia into 6 table spoon of water)
  • 50 gr butter
  • 80 gr agave syrup
  • 180 gr flour
  • 1/2 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon bicarbonate
  • 1 tea spoong vanilla extract
  • 100g chuck black chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • a bit of salt


Turn on your oven: 180°C


We are doing this recipe with our thermomix but you can do it with your blender as well !

Put the butter, agave syrup, egg and vanilla extract. Mix it altogether

  • 2min/vit 3

Add the flour, bicarbonate,baking powder, chia and salt. Mix everything together

  • 40s/ vit 4

Add the chocolate and mix.

  • 30s/vit 2


We put the dough into a silicone mold but you can make and roll them into little balls as well.

Cook in the oven for 15-20 min.


Hoy nos apetecen cookies para merendar, pero queremos que sean sanas, con poco azúcar y consistentes!  

Ha sido tan complicado encontrar la receta perfecta… pero la tenemos!! 🙂 Bueno… Tenemos un híbrido: un “Mufkies” jajaja. Es una mezcla entre el muffins y las cookies! Lo tenéis que probar! Además, cuando el chocolate está calentito aún está más bueno!!! 🙂 

Os dejamos la receta: 

6 Mufkies:

  • 2 “huevos” de semillas chía (2 cucharadas de chía mezcladas con 6 cucharadas de agua) 
  • 50gr de mantequilla
  • 80gr de sirope de agave
  • 180gr de harina
  • 1/2 cucharadita de levadura
  • 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato 
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla 
  • 100gr de onzas de chocolate 
  • 1 huevo
  • un poco de sal

Nosotros hemos hecho esta receta con la thermomix, pero tu puedes hacerla con la batidora sin problema! 

Primero, calienta el horno a 180ºC. 

Pon la mantequilla, el sirope, el huevo y el extracto de vainilla dentro de la thermomix. Mezcla a una velocidad mediana, durante 2 minutos (vel. 3).

Añade la harina, el bicarbonato, la levadura, la chía y un poco de sal. Mézclalo todo de nuevo, esta vez un poco más rápido: 40s / vel. 4

El ultimo paso: añade los trozos de chocolate y bátelo a 30s/ vel. 2

Pon la masa dentro de un molde de silicona y directa al horno durante 15-20min.
