White beans and fig salad
- 75g rocket
- 320g white beans (already cooked)
- 2 tomatoes
- 10g parmesan
- 2 figs
- olive oil
- balsamic cream
- salt and pepper
As we already mentioned, this salad is super easy. You have to put some rocket leaves on each plate with the white beans, tomatoes, parmesan and figs. Everything should already be pre-cut!
We have added a bit of olive oil, balsamic cream along with salt and pepper on top.
Tip: We always keep the white beans in the refrigerator for at least one day to keep them very fresh.
