Healthy Pancake

12 pancakes:

  • 150g wheat flour
  •  300ml Almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons whole superfoods Quinoa by Granero integral
  • A little bit of salt
  • olive oil

Put all ingredients into a blender or the Thermomix. Mix it at the maximum speed for about 2 or 3 minutes until smooth.

Let it stand for 30 minutes

Put a small amount of olive oil in a pan and create little circles with the mixture. (Slow heat until medium to prevent burning)

Flip the pancake when it starts to bubble!
