Sweet coco corn
For 2 persons:
- 2 corns already cooked
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- shredded coconut
- lime juice
- salt and pepper.
Bring water to boil in a pot and place the corn cobs for 15 minutes.
During this time, mix in a bowl the soy sauce, teriyaki, salt and pepper.
Once the 15 minutes are over, pick up the corn, roll them on top of the sauce and the shredded coconut.
We love to add some lime juice at the last moment.
