Ingredients:

  •  11 cherry tomatoes
  • 45g of onions
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 230g pre cooked chickpeas
  • 3 large gherkins
  • 15gr olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of  Granero integral turmeric-pepper superfood
  • 650ml water
  • 330gr basic tomato sauce
  • 300g whole semolina
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • salt and pepper

Put the onions in a saucepan with a bit of olive oil.

Once they are cooked, add carrots, zucchini, pickles and red pepper. All finely sliced. Also add cherry tomatoes cut in half, chickpeas, tomato sauce, 150ml water, turmeric superfood, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil 500ml of water with the vegetable stock cube. Prepare the semolina in an empty pot and pour the boiling water up on it and wait for 5-10min to let it absorb it all.

Put the vegetables on top of the semolina and voila! 🙂
