Healthy vegan brownie

4 persons

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 170g flour
  • 100g coco sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • 230ml almond milk
  • 5 tablespoons of coco oil
  • 20g muesli apple y spices Trinca
  • salt

First, warm the chocolate with the coco oil and the almond milk in a pan.

When it’s done put everything in your blender with the flour and the vanilla extract.

Mix it really well.

Start warming your oven up to 180°C

Put baking paper in a mold and add the mixture.

Add a bit of salt and the muesli on the top.

Everything go the oven during 15-20 min more or less.

You can check with a knife if it’s cooked. (it’s the best when it stays a bit soft inside 🙂 )

We serve it with a vanilla ice cream ! DELICIOUS
