Almond butter cookies
For 6-8 cookies
- 120 gr flour
- 2 tablespoons almond butter.
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (previously heated)
- 1 egg
- 30g chocolate chips
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6-8 almonds
In a bowl, combine the flour, the chocolate chips, the coconut oil, the egg, the yeast, the almond butter, the salt and the brown sugar.
If you don´t want that the chocolate chips to melt by the heat of the coconut oil add them in last minute. 😉
Make a few small balls of the mixture and flatten them out on a baking paper and add an almond over each cookie. Bake them in an oven at 180 Cº for 10-15mins.
