Cake choco pear
- 3 ripe pears (important)
- 55ml coconut oil
- 200gr of dark chocolate
- 230gr of flour
- 5g yeast
- 70gr of coconut sugar
- 220ml of almond milk
- 3 small heat resistant glass containers.
Heat coconut oil, chocolate and milk in a pot and stir the liquid slowly.
During this time mix the flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl.
Add the pot mixture to the bowl. Strain everything until there are no lumps.
Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Fill the glass containers with the dough about halfway.
Add a pear in each bowl and squeeze until the chocolate dough comes out slightly on the sides.
Once done, put the containers in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
