Hummus chickpeas carrot
3-4 persons:
Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200g of pre-cooked carrots with steam or water.
- 245g chickpeas
- 56ml of water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 40g sesame
- 65ml of olive oil
- salt pepper
Put all the ingredients in your blender and mix at a high speed.
