Matcha ice cream
- 4 eggs
- 200g cream
- 90g of agave syrup
- 3 teaspoons of matcha gloriososupernutrients
Mount the egg whites ( a little bit of salt and lemon juice can help).
Mix the cream, the agave syrup and the matcha in your blender at medium / high speed.
Gradually add the egg whites to the mixture.
Once done, put everything on an ice tray (best silicone) and leave it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
After 3 hours, put the green tea cubes in the blender and mix it all again.
That´s it, you have your ice cream ready!
