Beetroot Hummus
4 persons:
Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200g of beetroots (pre-cooked)
- 200g of chickpeas
- 60ml of water
- 10ml lemon juice
- 40g of sesame seeds
- 70g of olive oil
- a pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients in your blender and mix it first at medium speed then fast.
For the black sesame hummus, simply put 400g of chickpeas (instead of the beetroot) and 40g of black sesame seeds.
