Homemade cereal bar
8 cereal bars:
- 30g pan sugar
- 2 tablespoons deodorized coconut oil
- 60g of oats el granero integral
- 40g almonds
- 4 strawberries
- 30g dried blueberries el granero integral
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 dried figs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Set the oven to 180 ° C.
In a saucepan heat the oil, add cut strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.
Stir everything until it turns into caramel. (Crush the strawberries if necessary)
Put the blueberries and figs in your blender and grind at a medium / high speed.
Mix the crushed nuts with oats, vanilla and almonds.
Add the caramel and mix it all again.
Place oven paper on a cooking tray and add the mixture. Apply it as a rectangle approx. 2 cm high.
Bake it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. (Until golden brown)
Let it cool off and put it in your fridge for about 20-30 minutes more… and that’s it.
You can leave it in your fridge for several days without any problem.
