For 15 calçots:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100ml of olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Heat up the oven to 180 ° C.

Peel and clean the calçots and put them on a tray with baking paper.

Cut the garlic into small pieces and mix it in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Lubricate the calçots with the mixture using a kitchen brush and bake it until golden brown. (15-20 minutes).

Try them with the Casa Amella  sauce
