Delicious gluten free cookies.
8 large cookies
Ingredients:
- 125gr almond flour
- 50gr rice flour
- 60g almond butter (see my recipe)
- 30g of agave syrup
- 20g panela sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 100g of chocolate chips (or cut a chocolate tablet into pieces)
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
First, heat the butter in a pan.
Mix the almond flour with the rice flour, agave syrup, sugar, eggs, salt and butter in a bowl.
Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes, after it reaches room temperature add the chocolate chips.
Make flat balls and put them onto a lined baking sheet
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
