Homemade cacao y hazelnuts cream
For one jar:
- 80g of hazelnuts.
- 40g of raw almonds.
- 50g of dark chocolate.
- 1 tablespoon deodorized coconut oil.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
A pinch of salt.
Put the hazelnuts and almonds into your blender.
Grind everything at medium / high speed for 10min or more.
You will see that some oil will come out.
Do not hesitate to stop your blender to remove the small amount of nuts which are stucked between your knives or on the top of your machine.
During this time, melt the chocolate and coconut oil inside a pan.
Once its done, put it in your blender with the crushed nuts.
