Asiatic noodles with miso soup
3-4 peoples:
Ingredients:
- 70ml sesame oil.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1cm of ginger.
- 3 Chinese onions.
- 1 bunch of asparagus.
- 24 shiitake mushrooms.
- 50gr frozen peas.
- 3 leaves of kale.
- 3 tablespoons of gomasio El Granero Integral
- 80ml of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
- 1L of water.
- 2 tablespoons of miso. (You can find it in paste or powder form).
- 160gr of Asian pasta.
- 1 lime.
- A pinch of salt and pepper.
First wash and cut the onions, asparagus, shiitakes and kale into small pieces.
Afterwards put the sesame oil in your wok.
While heating, chop garlic and ginger into small pieces.
Add them to the wok.
When they start to be brownish, add the asparagus, the shiitakes and peas.
Heat everything for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
Now pour the soy sauce, the balsamic vinegar, the gomasio, the salt and the pepper on the top of the vegetables. Heat everything
for ~ 3 minutes .
After this add the water, the miso, the kale and the Chinese onion.
Let it simmer for ~ 5-10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the pasta.
Wait until the pasta is cooked then serve it in a bowl.
