Veggie burgers with curry and sweet pepper
For 8-10 veggie burgers
Ingredients:
- 100g bulgur.
- 25g spelt seed.
- 10g carrots.
- 10g onions.
- 10g red pepper.
- 30g rice flour.
- 30g oats.
- 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce casa amella.
- 1 tablespoon of curry.
- 1 tablespoon of sweet pepper.
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- salt & pepper.
First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Start to cook your bulgur and the spelt seed. (Check the guidance on the packaging). Peel, clean and cut the veggies into four pieces.
Start to crush your carrots, onion, red peppers in your blender.
Then add rice flour, cooked bulgur, cooked spelt seed, oats , tomato sauce from casa amella., olive oil, curry, sweet pepper, salt and pepper.
Mix everything again in a medium/high speed.
Make flat balls and put them into a lined baking sheet.
Bake it for 30-40 min, until they are golden brown.
Et voila ! 🙂
These look delicious, and so easy. I don’t have spelt seeds or rice flour, but I will try to adapt using other ingredients.

You can easily change the ingredients. Ones, I didn’t have rice flour so I added wheat flour. You can also add more bulgur and don’t put spelt seeds.
