Veggies with black garlic
2 persons:
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini.
- 20 shiitake mushrooms.
- 20 paris mushrooms.
- 4 cloves of black garlic.
- 50ml of olive oil.
- some fresh parsley.
- salt and pepper.
First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Then cut the vegetables into thin slices. (I prefer to cut the zucchini very thin with the help of a vegetable slicer or with a normal knife as you prefer!).
After that cut the black garlic into small pieces.
Put everything in a tin with baking paper, add fresh parsley, olive oil, small pieces of black garlic, salt and pepper.
Put it in the oven for about 20-30 minutes and stir it gently every 15 minutes
You can serve the vegetables with quinoa or bulgur. At home, we love to add some fresh feta as well !
