Gluten free power balls
10-12 balls
Ingrédients:
- 110g dried apricots.
- 50g hazelnuts.
- 60g frozen blueberry.
- 60g raw almond.
- 30g chia seed Glorioso super nutrients.
- 50g sunflower seeds.
- 4 tablespoons of agave syrup.
- 6 tablespoons of mineral water.
- grated coconut (opcional).
First, put your chia seed Glorioso super nutrients into the water.
Mix slowly and wait 5min. It will look like small eggs. ?
Then add to your mixer the dried apricots,hazelnuts,frozen blueberry, almond, agave syrup and chia mixture.
Grind everything for 3-5 min.
Once it’s done, put it in a bowl and start to make balls with your hands.
The balls need to be sticky, so do not hesitate to press them hard.
And that’s all! You can put it directly to you mouth or to your fridge!.
