Delicious tiramisu smoothie

For two small glasses
Ingredients:
  • 125ml coffee el granero integral.
  • 4 ladyfingers biscuits.
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
  • 110gr of natural soy yogurt.
  • 200gr of cashew nuts.
  • 70gr of agave syrup.
  • 100ml of oat milk.
  • 5 ice cubes.
  • soy whipped cream
  • pure cocoa powder (optional).
First, make the coffee and dip the lady fingers in it.
Put the cashews, the agave syrup, the oat milk and the yogurt into your blender, and mix everything at high speed for 5 minutes.
Then add the biscuts, the chocolate chips and the ice cubes to the mixture.
Beat it all again at medium speed.
Finally, pour everything in two glasses and put soy whipped cream on top and dust with raw cocoa powder before serving
DELICIOUS!! 😊.
