Brownie with avocado – GLUTEN FREE-
- 50g deodorized coconut oil (preheated).
- 1 avocado.
- 1 egg.
- 170gr of coconut sugar.
- 60 gr of cocoa powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 100gr of almond flour.
- 1/2 bag of baking powder.
- 70gr of chocolate chips.
- 50ml of soy or almond milk, with vanilla flavor.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in your food processor and mix it at high speed.
Add the chocolate chips and mix, this time gently.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular (previously oiled) mold, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
