Sweet potato soup with chia seeds
For 3 persons
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds Gloriososo super nutrients.
- 12 tablespoons of mineral water.
- 380g of sweet potato.
- 150g of red pepper.
- 3 tomatoes.
- 1 glove garlic.
- 1L of water.
- 3 branches of cilantro.
- 50ml olive oil.
- salt and pepper.
Start by putting the chia seeds and 12 tablespoons of mineral water in a bowl and mix everything.
Cut the sweet potato, red pepper, glove of garlic (in very small pieces) and tomatoes (in four parts).
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
First add the pieces of garlic and cook until golden/brown, and then add the sweet potato, red pepper and tomato.
Cook everything for about 5 minutes, season it with some salt and pepper.
Add the litre of water with the coriander leaves and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Lastly add the soaked chia seeds together with the mineral water, and then mix with your mixer until creamy.
Et Voilà !! It is done!
