Peanut butter chickpeas brownie
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil. (Preheated)
- 300g cooked and rinsed chickpeas from Casa Amella.
- 80g of peanut butter.
- 60g of unrefined sugar.
- 10 g baking powder.
- 50 g of chocolate chips.
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder.
- 50ml of almond milk.
- 1 pinch of vanilla extract.
- 1 chopped salt.
First, turn the oven on and set the temperature to 180 ° C.
Then, put all the ingredients in your blender, except the chocolate chips and start to mix it at high speed.
When it’s done, add the chocolate chips and mix slowly.
Pour the dough into a rectangular mold. (I started to prefer the metallic molds, but you can always use a silicone one.: ))
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a fork / toothpick inserted come out clean.
