Delicious raw cake GLUTEN FREE
- 140g toasted almonds.
- 70g toasted hazelnuts.
- 100g dried apricots.
- 40g dried figs.
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder.
- 5 tablespoons puffed amaranth.
- 4 tablespoons of coco oil.
- 150g dark chocolate.
First, add the almonds, hazelnuts, apricots, figs and cacao powder into your food processor.
Grind everything into small pieces.
Put everything in silicon square mold and press down with your hands.It’s need to be compact.
After that add the puffed amaranth and press again with your hand.
Then warm the chocolate and the coco oil in a pan.
When it’s done, pour it in your silicon mold.
Wait few minutes to cool down and then put it in your fridge minimum for 1 hour.
