Homemade peanut butter
For a medium jar:
- 300gr of natural BIO peanut without salt.
- 3 pinch of pink salt from Himalayas.
Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cover a tray with baking paper and put all the natural peanuts on it.
Add some pink salt.
Bake it for 10-15 minutes in your oven. This part of the recipe is the most important; The peanut has to be golden-brown (roasted).
Check your oven often so it wont be burned !
Once the peanut is ready, remove it and let it cool.
Grind everything at high speed in your food processor for 5-7 minutes, until it becomes smooth.
You can stop your machine from time to time to collect the remains of peanuts that are deposited on the sides.
The last step is to test the final result, and add a little more salt if it is necessary.
