Heathy watermelon gazpacho
For 2 persons
Ingredients:
- 220g watermelon.
- 80g cucumber.
- 190g tomato.
- 110g red pepper.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar.
- 10 leaves of mint.
- salt and pepper.
Clean all the ingredients and cut into pieces.
Put them in your mixer and mix everything at medium-high speed.
Keep your gazpacho cool.
