Apricots and nectarine crumble made with love
2-3 peoples:
GLUTEN FREE
Ingredients:
- 5 fresh apricots.
- 1 fresh nectarine.
- 100g natural almond.
- 30g of dried apricots.
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter from El Granero Integral.
- 10g chocolate chips.
First, turn on your oven to 180°C.
Then,let’s make the crumbly topping:
Put all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and fresh fruits into your food processor.
Mix everything in high speed more or less for 2min.
Add the chocolate chips and mix it but this time slowly.
Clean and cut all your fruits and put them into a ceramic mold.
Pour the crumble mixture on the top of it and cook it in your oven for 20-30min.
Your crumble is ready when the fruits are bubbling on the side.
You can taste it as well but be careful not to burn your tongue. 🙂
If you have to much crumble mixture you can make “powers balls’ : Take some in your hands and create balls .
