
Rhubarb compote with strawberry and rose water

Ingredients:
- 13 strawberries.
- 3 rhubarb.
- 2 tablespoons of rose water.
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup.
First, clean and cut the fruits.
Put them in a pan with the rose water and the agave syrup.
Cook everything in medium heat. Stir til it has a jam texture.
Once you have it, let it cool in a jar.
And voila! 🙂
