Delicious vegetarian plum pie
- 300gr of wheat flour
- 120ml of coconut oil
- 120ml of water
- a pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix them at medium speed for 2 or 3 minutes, until it reaches a dough texture.
If you see that the dough is not perfect, you can add a little flour or water without any problem.
If you are ready roll it out with the aid of a roller, and put it in the mold.
Finally, make some holes in the dough with a fork and put aside to continue later.
