Healthy Nutella without palm oil
For one jar,
- 100g toasted hazelnuts.
- 100g toasted almond.
- 3 dry apricots.
- 100ml almond milk with vanilla flavor
- 3 spoonfuls of agave syrup or honey.
- 3 tablespoons pure cocoa powder.
Put all the ingredients into your blender and grind everything at a medium-high speed. The speed needs to grow slowly.
Do not hesitate to stop your machine from time to time and make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.
You can also put more milk if you want a liquid nutella 🙂
