Healthy vegan banana chips

Ingredients:
- 100 g of matcho banana
- 2 tablespoons of spicy salt from Herbes de la Conca
- 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
- 50 ml of olive oil (minimum)
- pepper (optional)
First you need to preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
After that cut the bananas into slices, I recommend to use the mandoline slicer, because you can cut very thin slices with this machine. But a sharp knife can be a perfect choice as well.
Then put all the ingredientes in a bowl and mix everything together. You can also add a little pepper as well, because it adds flavor to the chips.
After that put the banana slices one by one to a baking paper and bake it for about 20-30 minutes. The banana slices need to be brownish.
