GLUTEN-FREE RAW OREO BISCUITS
For 6 oreos
Ingredients:
For the chocolate wafers:
- 60 gr of toasted almonds
- 80 gr of toasted hazelnuts
- 50gr of oats
- 150gr of blueberries
- 3 tablespoons of raw cacao
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the filling:
- 150gr of cashew
- 3 tablespoons of coco oil from Dr Goerg
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of natural soya yoghurt
For the chocolate wafers, you need to put all the ingredients into your blender and grind it for 3-5 minutes. Do not hesitate to stop your machine from time to time and make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.
When you are ready, roll dough into small balls.
With moistened hands, slightly flatten the dough and place on a pan covered with baking paper. After this cut rounded shapes with a glass.
The last step is to put them in your freezer.
Put the ingredients for the filling into your blender.
Once cooled, add a small dollop off cream filling onto one cookie.
Place another cookie on top and press together.
Then put your little oreos to the freezer again to keep their delicious taste. After some minutes they are ready to eat.
