Chia pudding with coconut milk
- 60gr chia seeds of the brand Super Glorioso
- 500ml of coconut milk
- 150g of any frozen fruit. (Our favorites are mango or red berries)
Put the chia seeds in a medium sized jar and cover it with the coconut milk.
Close the jar, shake it well and put it in the fridge.
Before going to sleep mix it again.
In the morning, put the frozen fruits in your blender and grind them at high speed. The result is a 100% natural ice cream. Spread it over the pudding and that’s it !
You got everything ready to have your breakfast right there or you can take it to work to eat later.
