For 2 people
- 2 eggplants
- 5 tablespoons oil “pasta & pizza” from the brand Casa Amella
- 1 garlic clove
- 40g toasted sesame seeds
- 10ml lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Turn on two fires of your gas stove and put the eggplants directly on the flame. Turn the eggplants occasionally until they are deflated and the skin is completely black, it takes 30 to 40 minutes. (if you do not have the gas stove you can cook the eggplants in your oven, with 190° C)
Once the eggplant is ready, let it cool down until it is cold and then peel and clean it.
Put in your blender the garlic, sesame, eggplants (all previously cut into pieces) and lemon juice.
Mix everything until it’s a smooth paste. Do not hesitate to stop the mixer from time to time to collect the remains of the ingredients that are deposited on the sides.
