Delicious homemade almond yogurt
For 2 people
- 150g almonds (previously soak overnight in 700ml mineral water)
- 300ml almond milk or mineral water
- pinch of vanilla extract
- probiotics (optional)
Put all ingredients into your blender and grind them at high speed.
You can add a tablet of probiotics (previously crushed into a powder).
And this is it!
You can eat your yogurt with granola, fruits or hot chocolate cake :p
