Vegetarian burgers with curry
4 vegetarian burgers
Ingredients:
- 130g integral semolina from the brand El Granero integral
- 110g cooked chickpeas
- 120g cooked lentils
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 5g fresh cilantro
- 60g red lentils flour from brand El Granero integral
- 30g wheat flour from brand El Granero integral
- 3 tablespoons mineral water
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 30ml olive oil
Put all the ingredients into your blender and mix everything at medium-high speed.
From the dough make the balls and flatten them with your hands. If you see that the dough stays too sticky, do not hesitate to put more red lentil flour. (But not wheat one because it would make them too dry and less tasty).
Heat your frying pan and add the olive oil.
Once it is done, put the burgers on and cook each one of them on each side for approximately 5 minutes. Until they get brown. 🙂
And that’s it. 🙂
We had them with bread, guacamole, carrots, and tomatoes. :p
