Raw vegan cake of almond and coconut 

 
For 6 people
 
Ingredients:
 
  • 200g raw peeled almonds
  • 100g dehydrated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons almond cream from brand el Granero Integral
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar from brand el Granero Integral
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • some crushed hazelnuts
 
 
Put the almonds, coconut, almond cream, vanilla extract and sugar into the blender.
 
Mix everything at a medium-high speed.
 
Put everything into a rectangular silicone mold and crush the mixture with your hands to make it compact.
 
Put everything into the freezer for at least 30-40min.
 
During that time, put the chocolate and coconut oil into a frying pan and heat. Mix everything well.
 
After 30min, take the mold and cover it with the chocolate and some hazelnuts.
 
Put everything back in the freezer for 30-40min.
 
And ready it is.
 
Like my friend says- it looks like a “bounty” but a healthy one. :p
