For 4 people
- 1 small red cabbage
- 5 carrots
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 50ml of tamari sauce from brand El Granero Integral
- 50ml rice vinegar from brand El Granero Integral
First clean and cut the cabbage and carrots into slices.
Do the same with the cucumber but peel it first, leaving part of the skin as decoration. 🙂
Put everything into a salad bowl and stir well.
In a bowl, put the tamari sauce, the rice vinegar, and the peanut butter.
Mix them well using the mixer and add to the salad.
Now mix the salad and cover it with plastic food wrap.
Leave it in the fridge overnight.
If you want you can add also some Gomashio.
And ready it is! 🙂
