Pasta with bok choy and cashew cream
For 4 people
Ingredients:
- 250gr gluten-free pasta from the brand El Granero Integral
- 1 garlic clove
- 50ml olive oil
- 20-25 shiitakes
- 100ml tamari sauce from the brand El Granero Integral
- 6 bok choys
- pepper
- sesame seeds
Begin with cleaning the bok choys (in the water) and the shiitakes (by using a small brush to remove the dirt).
Cut all bok choys into 4 and make sure to remove the extremity which would be too hard to eat …
Slice the mushrooms and chop the garlic into the thin slices.
In a frying pan, warm the olive oil and the tamari sauce, add the garlic and let to warm over the low heat for 2 minutes.
Then, add the bok choys and fry them from both sides. Cook them with the low heat for approximately 15 more minutes.Meanwhile, boil some water for the pasta, follow the cooking instructions that are indicated on the pasta package.Then, in the frying pan, add the shiitakes and cook for a few more minutes.Add pepper, it’s not necessary to add salt because of the tamari sauce is already salty.
