Chocolate-banana pancakes
For 4 people
- 200 gr wheat flour
- 300 ml hazelnut milk
- 10 gr baking powder (not bio)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 banana
- 30 g cocoa butter from the brand Rrraw
- 100g cocoa from the brand Rrraw
- 5 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
- 30 gr cane sugar
In a frying pan, start by melting the cocoa butter over a low heat.
Then mix all the ingredients using your blender including the melted cocoa butter. The dough should become smooth.
Melt some cocoa butter (you can also use the coconut oil) and start frying the pancakes.
My advice (as a professional pancake maker :p ), is to put 2 tablespoons of the dough in the middle of the frying pan and fry it over the low heat so that the baking powder could make its effect.
This will allow you to get round and symmetric pancakes.
