HOT CHOCOLATE WITH A HINT OF CINNAMON
For a big bowl.
- 300 ml hazelnut milk.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 30 gr pastry chocolate, previously cooked with coconut sugar from the brand Rrraw.
- some crushed hazelnuts (for decoration)
In a saucepan, start with melting the chocolate (over the low heat), add some milk to avoid burning it.
To decorate the contour of your bowl, dip it first in the melted chocolate, then in the crushed hazelnuts and put it for few minutes in the freezer.
Then, on the melted chocolate, add 200 ml of hazelnut milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Warm it up slowly and mix constantly with a whip.
In a second small saucepan, heat the rest of the milk. Then whip it, you can use the help of a mini electric cooking whip, transforming it into a milk foam.
Take your bowl out of the freezer, put first inside the hot chocolate and then add the milk foam on the top!
Now, you only have to take a straw, get yourself comfy and drink sips of the hot chocolate under your blanket.
