Creamy matcha and coconut milk
For a large bowl
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
In a small saucepan, warm over a low heat 200ml of coconut milk together with the brown sugar and the matcha powder, mixing it at the same time with a whip.
Put the mixture in a bowl.
Heat over the low heat the rest 100ml of milk and simmer it with the help of a mini electric mixer transforming it into a milk foam.
Now just pour the foam into the bowl on the top of your matcha-milk and sprinkle a little bit matcha on top to make it look cute … <3
Et voilà! Ready in less than 5 minutes!
