Delicious cookies made with love

For  8-10 cookies

Ingredients:

• 110 gr brown sugar from the brand El Granero integral
• 35 gr raw cacao butter, 100% cacao
• 1 egg
• 120 gr wheat flour from the brand El Granero integral
• 1 teaspoon baking powder (not bio)
• 100 gr chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 180 °C.

In a small saucepan, melt over the low hear the cacao butter.

In a large bowl, mix the sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and previously melted cacao butter.

Wait about 15-20 minutes until the dough is cooled down and then add the chocolate chips.

Stir everything!

On the oven plate, (previously covered with the baking paper) form using 2 tablespoons small flat heaps of dough.

Bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies get golden brown.
