White bean cream with avocado toast and lime juice
For 1 pot of white bean cream
- 300 gr cooked white beans (previously rinsed with water) from the brand Casa Amella
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ garlic clove
- juice of half a lime
- 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
- salt & pepper
Mixture all the ingredients in your blender. Taste and adjust seasonings.
For 4/6 toasts
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- 1 avocado
- some rocket leaves
- some sweet or spicy paprika powder (according to your taste)
Spread generously on the bread, add a few slices of avocado, some rocket and paprika on the top.
