Express breakfast pudding with germinated oat flakes
For about 4 people :
- 120 g germline oat flakes from the brand Germline
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 180 g plain soy yogurt
- 500 ml almond milk
- juice of ½ a lemon
- 50 ml kombucha from the brand Germline
- 100 g frozen red fruit mixture
Start by putting the frozen red fruits in the blender and mix them at maximum speed- until you get a fruit puree.
Then, in a large airtight container, pour all the ingredients together and mix them, using a wooden spoon. (Do not use a metal one, as it would affect the properties of the kombucha.)
Close the container, store in the fridge, and after about 20 to 30 minutes mix it again to prevent the chia seeds forming a compact block…
Now leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, the best would be to leave it overnight.
Before serving, stir it pudding again, using a wooden spoon.
It is an ideal alternative breakfast, eat it with some granola and fresh fruit.
