Sorbet Style Tutti-Frutti Smoothie
For 1 large bowl / (+/-2 persons) :
- 200 g frozen red fruit mix
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 20 cl freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1 orange)
- juice of ½ a lime
- 4 ice cubes
For the topping:
- 2 kiwi slices
- ½ banana
- 1 grapefruit slice
- Some coconut chips
- A few goji berries
- Some raw cocoa nibs
Put all ingredients in the blender.
Mix everything at maximum speed, until you reach a smooth melted sorbet style texture…
Then for the topping cut all the fruits, you can also cut in half and add for example a Funky Veggie ball.
Pour your smoothie into a large bowl and arrange all the ingredients on the top- following the picture!
